Nzau Village takes Delivery of Water Tanks for Rainwater Harvesting

In conjunction with NARUDA, our Nagaland partner,, we were able to buy 100 water tanks to help the people of Nzau Village with their need for clean water during the dry season. The water is collected by harvesting rainwater during the wet season.

Previously, people had to walk 100m downhill to collect water but now they do not need to do that.

We also would like to express our immense and heartfelt gratitude to those who who have sponsored the project and pray that the almighty provides abundant blessings for their selfless contributions. Lastly we convey our special approach to the NARUDA organisation that the remaining phase of the project would be implemented successfully and wishes them the best in their ongoing missions”

This is Phase 1 of the project and we are still seeking funds to install more tanks and perhaps to place a large communal supply in the village for bathing and washing.
